The essentials, in plain terms. Using Minions means you agree to these.
Your subscription
Minions is US$198 per month, billed to the card you provide through Stripe. It renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; your minion keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Prices may change, but never for a period you have already paid.
Acceptable use
Your minion is for your own lawful, personal and professional use. Don't use it to break the law, to harm or deceive other people, to send spam, or to get around the security or terms of the apps you connect. We may suspend an account that does — and we will tell you why.
Your minion acts for you
Your minion is your agent. It acts on your instructions and within the access you grant. For anything that spends money or sends a message on your behalf, it asks first and waits for your yes. You are responsible for the instructions you give and the approvals you grant, the same as if you had done the task yourself. AI can make mistakes; review anything that matters before you approve it.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Minions running well, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise it will never be unavailable or never make a mistake. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months. Nothing here removes rights you have under the law that can't be waived.
