Privacy
Your minion works for you. This page says plainly what it keeps, where it lives, who can see it, and how to make it forget.
What we store
- Your messages — the WhatsApp conversation between you and your minion.
- Connected-app data — the emails, calendar events, files and notes your minion reads to do a task. This stays inside your own private agent; it is not pooled with anyone else's.
- Derived insights — what your minion learns as it works (your preferences, the people and projects you mention) so it can help without being told twice.
We do not store your connected-app passwords. Apps connect through secure tokens you can revoke at any time.
Where it lives
Everything is stored in Amazon Web Services in Tokyo (ap-northeast-1), encrypted in transit and at rest.
Who can see it
You can. Minions staff cannot read the data inside your agent — not your messages, not your emails, not your files. We see operational information needed to run and bill the service (your account, your subscription status, error logs that do not contain your content). If you ask us for support and want us to look at something, you tell us what to look at.
Deleting your data
Disconnect an app and your minion purges what it learned from it. Delete your account and we destroy everything — messages, connected data, derived insights — and send you a receipt confirming it is gone. No quiet retention.
Who else is involved
Running a WhatsApp assistant means a few trusted companies handle specific parts. They only ever see the slice needed to do their job:
- Twilio — carries messages to and from WhatsApp.
- Stripe — processes your subscription payment.
- Anthropic — provides the AI model that powers your minion.
- Nango — manages the secure connections to your apps.
We do not sell your data, and we never will.
